Products & Materials

What materials are your baby accessories made from?

Our products are made with soft, baby-safe materials chosen for comfort and durability. We use gentle fabrics, food-grade silicone beads, and beechwood materials whenever possible.

Are your products safe for newborns?

Yes! Many of our accessories are designed specifically with newborn comfort in mind.

ADULT SUPERVISION is always required while using these products. Please do not lengthen the dummy chain. To avoid strangulation, do not attach items to cords, ribbons or loose parts of clothing. Items are not to be used while baby is sleeping.

How do I care for my items?

To clean: wipe over your accessories with a warm damp cloth only.

Please do not immerse items in water or use harsh chemicals. Do not boil or freeze items. They are not microwave oven, dishwasher or steriliser safe.

Ordering & Shipping

How long will my order take to process?

Our processing time is typically 2–5 business days, depending on order volume and handmade items.

When will my order arrive?

Shipping times vary by location. Standard shipping usually takes 3–7 business days after processing. We also offer Pick-up options and will be organised after processing.

Do you offer rush or express shipping?

Yes! All you have to do is select our Rush Order or Express Shipping option at Checkout.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to make a change or cancel, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, we may have already begun preparing your items. Please reach out and we will try our best to make changes.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We accept returns on unused, unopened items within 14 days of delivery. Due to hygiene reasons, some accessories may be final sale.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

We’re so sorry! Please contact us within 48 hours, and we’ll make it right.

Custom & Handmade Items

Do you accept custom orders?

Absolutely! If you’re looking for a specific colour, style, or name, check out our custom dummy chains and teethers and personalise your item.

Does customisation affect processing time?

Custom orders may take a bit longer to prepare, typically adding 1–3 days on top.

Gift Orders

Can I send my order as a gift?

Yes! We offer gift packaging, just select the option at checkout.

Do you offer gift cards?

Not at this stage sorry.
